Works with a FDM printer
For a while I printed with my machines, I started a new project and worked with some companies, here are some examples of what you can get with a standard FDM, cheap and everything opensource. You can actually replicate the printers with the videos I made beside Vasili Nazarov.
Video to build Open source 3D printers
Here is an example of the tutorials I made beside Vasili Nazarov, an incredible professional who makes quite neat image on video. It was a nightmare of edition, a lot of work wich was not very well appreciated by the company, not at all. :/ One of the reasons I discontinued that.
If you want to build a 3D printer, you can have the video list so you can go step by step, but honestly, I would go for a professional 3D printer.

Works with a Z-printer
Scanned people printed with a Z-printer required processing of 3D cloud points, cleaning and re-texture, objects made at the company Three-dee you a while ago. Required scanning with white light and a lot of post-process of the 3D, until it was actually produced.
